Sundays Energy operates on many of the guiding principles of a cooperative: "an autonomous association of persons united to meet their common economic, social, and cultural needs & aspirations through a jointly-owned and democratically controlled enterprise.” SE is incorporated as a Corporation under Minnesota law and reports to a member-elected board of directors.
